As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and our ongoing commitment to society a proportion of our proceeds generated through the sale activities of Legacy Farms would be donated to the Legacy Farm Foundation (the Non-Profit) which was formed for the charitable purposes of helping and supporting refugees and families in need in Texas by providing various forms of humanitarian aid as well as job placement.

In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service, Legacy Farm Foundation is registered as a public charity under Section 501 (c) (3) and all contributions made to Legacy Farm Foundation is tax deductible.

Legacy Farm Foundation will also make grants to other religious & humanitarian organizations that align with their mission & values.

Texas is one of the largest refugee resettlement centers in the United States. Reports state that over 220,000 refugees have settled in Texas between 1980 and 2018. After fleeing their home country for the safety of the United States, they are faced with a new obstacle - starting a new life. Many refugees come over not knowing any English, not having a family support system, or a job making it very difficult for them to build a new life for themselves and to support and provide for their basic needs. This often begins the vicious cycle of poverty for those who have come to United States seeking a better life.

Legacy Farm Foundation recognizes the plight of refugees and seeks to address these issues and will also assist with the following:

• Provide financial assistance to refugees in Texas for food, clothing, shelter, medicine, and other everyday expenses;
• Award scholarships to children of families in need so that they can go on to get an education which will lead to a stable job and future;
• Provide employment opportunities for refugees so that they are able to find stability and begin to support themselves and their families.
• Assist refugees with securing work and find jobs in the community through connections and job skill training;
